STANDARD HORSEPOWER
QUIET TUNING™ TECH
There is seating for up to seven passengers inside the 2022 Enclave and 2022 Acadia, and you’ll find a similar amount of space in both for all your loved ones.
Up front, there’s over 40 inches of legroom in both vehicles, and more than 38 inches of legroom for the folks in the second row. Both vehicles also offer everyone the supple comfort of leather-trimmed seats.
If you’re looking to stay connected on the move, both the Acadia and the Enclave come with a similar infotainment setup. They’re both anchored by a standard 8-inch touchscreen and give you access to the following standard and available features:
- Bluetooth®
- Apple CarPlay™
- Android Auto™
- SiriusXM®
- Bose® Premium Audio System
You may find that the interior of the Buick Enclave is a bit more luxurious, and it all starts with the QuietTuning™ technology with Active Noise Cancellation. It includes triple door seals, acoustic laminated glass, and a noise-reducing 5-link rear suspension that work together to block and absorb unwanted outside noise, so you can carry on a peaceful conversation.
Both the Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia can be equipped with a 3.6L V6 engine. It produces 310 horsepower and works with a 9-speed automatic transmission in both models.
The Buick Enclave comes standard with the V6 engine, but the Acadia only has that same engine as an available upgrade. The standard engine in the Acadia has 228 horsepower on tap, so you’ll need to upgrade if you want the same amount of power that the Buick has standard.
Both vehicles can be equipped with an all-wheel drive system, so you can take the adventure out onto slick roads.
When comparing the Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia, both are built to inspire confidence.
In fact, they can both be equipped with a wide range of standard and available safety features that include:
- Automatic Emergency Braking
- Forward Collision Alert
- Front Pedestrian Braking
- Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert and Rear Cross Traffic Alert
- Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning
Whether you’re flying solo or cruising with the family, Forward Collision Alert and Automatic Emergency Braking will work together to provide peace of mind. You’ll receive an alert when a front-end collision is imminent. If you’re unable to react in time, the brakes can engage on their own to help lessen the severity of the impact.
Are you looking to improve your parking game? The GMC Acadia and the Buick Enclave can be outfitted with an available HD Surround Vision camera. It’ll give you an overhead look at your SUV when moving at slow speeds, so you can maneuver into even the tightest spots.
It’s clear to see that both SUVs are a great option if you need a safe vehicle, so it really comes down to what you’re looking for. If you need a quiet and luxuriously appointed interior and a powerful standard engine, the Buick Enclave may be for you.
