Great service my wife was in and they recommended other services, explaining that well. She was still out in less time than Hare Chevrolet the last time for just an oil change and she had an appointment, so thanks for the promptness. We will be back from now on.
While I had been treated with courtesy, I don't believe that I was kept up to date regarding the status, and anticipated completion date, of the repairs to my car. The car was repaired under an extended warranty program for burning excessive oil; I was surprised that certain parts needed to be replaced that were not covered by the extended warranty program.
I came in for an oil change. After they look at a few things on my car he told me a few things he recommended I get done and was upfront with the price of each thing so I wasn’t surprised with a huge bill. I really appreciated the honesty, thank you!
Very complicated and time consuming to purchase 2 parts worth just over $100. Got the parts from parts department but I had to go get a service ticket from service department, than come back to parts department to pick up the parts, then go back to service to notify the desk clerk that I have the parts then go to cashier and wait for the service department rep to show up so we can finalize the purchase. ( service department rep never showed up so the cashier lady had to go back to him for whatever info needed). Definitely too complicated when same parts can be ordered online from other suppliers and have them home delivered for no extra money, time or frustration. Sad.
It was a really good experience. My sales guy Thomas was really good and helpful with his expertise in knowing about the beautiful new Buick Encore i leased. The whole team was outstanding and professional. I will be back!
