I was only there to use the GMC voucher to purchase items from the parts department. Everyone was very helpful and expedient. Thanks for having such a great team of people. The person I dealt with in the parts department was especially gracious. He ordered the floor mats I wanted and made sure to have them the next day. He called me to confirm the kind of vehicle I had to make sure the correct item was ordered. He called me immediately when they arrived and was able to have everything waiting on me when I arrived. Excellent service!
Bob was great very nice and knowledge. The finance lady (sorry forgot her name) was spot on and really worked to get us the best rates. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from you and I won’t be our last.
minor warrenty work, which I was unaware of when purchased, received call from service tp bring in vehicle and get repaired. work was done quickly and everyone was very helpful. I will recommend Andy Mohr highly.
Even though it was an oil change and tire rotation, it was a good experience. I had some questions and the staff were very helpful, courteous, and quick to answer. The man completing the service even took a second to explain a few items I had questions about. All were very helpful.
Was quoted one price on the phone for service $70.00 (Labor) when I brought in my vehicle it was $250 for labor. I bought the part and put it on myself in 25 min. I think $500.00 per hour is a crazy labor rate and I refuse to give my hard earned dollars to your service department. On a positive not I find that your parts appear to be fairly priced. I called for other parts pricing on work I will now do myself and parts within 10% of other parts I have found. I will use your parts department since I feel OEM is the way to go with parts and you are close to my home.
Called two days prior and scheduled, When there they found work order dated back on date when I called. Specifically told person on phone that I needed new taillight and I assumed under warranty and also needed an oil change. After 1-1/2 hours, Oil was changed, manager and service tech were beating on taillight -- "Sometimes if you beat on them they work" says manager? If that was to be accepted by me they were crazy. Then they said they had to order taillight -- why would I schedule in advance just to have to reschedule for a part order when I clearly stated it needed to be replaced. So, after 1-1/2 hours, all I got was an oil change. Not very happy with Andy Mohr Service Center. This is the first time in 15 years that I have not owned or leased a Ford Truck. Starting to regret decision. More not so good stuff happened, but then it will look like a gripe session.
