Bob went out of his way to make my experience perfect after a not so perfect previous event. Every other time service has been exceptional so I wasn’t about to rant about the one that wasn’t. I’m so happy I didn’t as this time was better than normal and normal is very good. Thanks Bob.
I was there for a service appointment. When asked if I was dropping off or waiting I should have asked how long. Two hours later I was handed an estimate for 1500 dollars for an ac leak repair. I left in tears.
Everything was fine and Gil Davis did a great job with one exception. The exception is not necessarily Gil's fault as I'm not sure I made my desire 100% clear. The new Yukon Denali I purchased does NOT have adaptive cruise control like I had on my 2015 Denali. I very much wanted a vehicle with the same appointments and options but I didn't discover that my new doesn't have ACC until I was out on the highway yesterday. If there's a way to economically have the dealer add this option, I'd like to look into the possibility.
I think this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Andy Mohr. Everyone I have had contact with is great to deal with. All the way from the salesman, to the finance person to the General manager. I will continue doing business with them.
