I left feeling unsure about the buying process. I felt like numbers were being tossed around and a lot of talking was going on behind our backs about numbers. I also realized my selling price wasn’t matching the loan amount due to the amount of money we put down. Turns out the extended warranty was added without us being aware of that. We took off GAP coverage when signing and asked about a warranty we saw in the same column. We were told it was the standard warranty and did not cost any extra.

First time getting service at Buick dealer. My experience has been exclusively at Toyota dealer for last 15 years. I was disappointed in amount of time and communication while service was provided. I was told about 90 minutes. After 105 minutes staff came to let me know it was close to being finished. Also, they rotated tires but either did not check pressure or didn't compare tire because one was significantly less inflated than the other 3.

actually my service was march 5, not march 19. My service need started on Feb 25 about 5:30. My radio on my 2023 buick encore locked up, and would not turn off. the screen would not respond, and the volume would not adjust. unfortunately, I had turned up the volume rather loud. I pulled over and turned off the car. the audio kept playing, even though everything else was dark, and after several minutes. after making a few calls, I decided to try to get to your dealership before you closed for the day at 6 pm. I arrived at 5:55. Josh Nicholl greated me and started to try to fix the problem. After 30 minutes of testing multiple possible fixes, Josh disconnected the battery. That solved the problem. I am very grateful to Josh for staying late and helping me with this issue. The next day Josh called to check on me and to offer a software update that one of the electronic technicians suggested. I came in on March 5 for the update. thanks very much for the great service and thanks to Josh for staying late when I was stuck with loud audio playing that would not stop.

Went in for just an oil change. Was told they were a little behind. Now an hour a forty five minutes is not a little. Was disappointed in the amount of time considering i had an appointment. I am also disappointed in the fact the paperwork doesn't show all of what u check or fill. I do like that u put on what is needing attention. I do find it expensive for an oil change. Use to receive coupons but it's been awhile. Seemed like they would come after I got an oil change and expire before next time. All in all will be back just hope u can do better.

An intermediary, Members Auto Source, was involved between myself and the dealer in purchasing and delivering the car. Members is not affiliated with GM. That said, I will comment on what I believe were performance related to the dealer. The car was clean when delivered and it appears most things work properly. The head rest on the third seat does not fold down (this is part of an electric function which folds the third seat down). The third seat will not lay flat without this headrest folding down. This now requires a complicated repair including a week to order parts. This should have been caught before delivery. The car was coated with a Zeibart aftermarket polish and the windows were etched with some code to deter theft, neither of which I ordered, and I was charged $1100. I refused to pay and the dealer reversed the charges. The paperwork ended up needing change which the dealer handled. A couple of other things were wrong but this I believe it was the intermediary’s fault. Darryl Hill a sales person for the dealer has been very helpful in getting my transaction straightened out and getting optional dealer equipment I had ordered. In addition, he has helped me become more familiar with some features of the vehicle and offered to provide future help if necessary.

We dealt with Carlos Pena. He was exceptional. We came to the dealership without contacting anyone and he had been working with another customer for several weeks that had showed up after us. He was upfront explaining his situation. He got us setup for a test drive, worked out the deal that we were pleased with and followed up with us through the whole process, while also working with the other folks. He was very communicative in person, checked up on us during the test drive and even found that we had left our garage opener in our old car before we had left the lot.

Joshua was very good from beginning to end, I’m not his only customer so juggling his other customers and myself was quite impressive. I had a unique situation, my used vehicle has a 5 year extended warranty so there was constant communication between the company and the dealership. The repairs done have worked out so far. I’m old school and after seeing my bill, I’m amazed of what the hourly rate is for the mechanics. General Motors sets the price for so many hours for certain jobs plus markup by dealerships.

I was due for an oil change but it needed to be done early and on a Saturday. To my surprise, no problem! I arrived early hoping to get this usually painful affair over with. As I pull up the door raises and I am greeted with a smile. This dude was ready to go! My mechanic couldn’t have been any more personable. He asked all the right questions and answered every question with a believable knowledge of the ridiculous workings of a new truck. Even shared some tips and tricks on maintaining my truck for years to come. Everything was done with efficiency and appeared as if he had done this a million times. Nothing was rushed but got done quickly. Rotated tires, topped fluids, checked seemingly everything and ran it through the car wash! Being someone who is not fan of most people, especially cringy fake salespeople at a car dealership, I was not looking forward to going up front to navigate through all the BS paperwork and attempts to sell me something. That is when I was handed a paper with all services completed and heard “ Thank you. Have a nice day”! WHAAAAT! For real? Done! Absolutely astounded! That’s how it should be done! My service advisor was the Matt Wine was the worst advisor I have ever had. He did not communicate with me throughout the process. I talked to him on the first day my truck went in on Monday, my appointment was at 7:45 am. I talked with him about 11am. After that I did not hear from him at all. Tuesday I called him for a status update, I left a voicemail, he did not call me back, so I get no update that day. Wednesday comes around as of the morning, still no call, no update. I call him l, he’s not available left a message with receptionist, she said he would have him call me back two hours later, still no call back. At this point I’m very upset, my truck has been there 3 days at this point. On my lunch I went to the dealership to see if I could figure out what was going on with my truck since there had been no communication about my truck. I was then and only then I spoke with Matt about the status of my truck. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that I asked for a courtesy car while my truck was getting repaired, mind you this has been 3 day now, and Matt said, that I could not get one. So now I paid the diagnostic fee and stuck with a truck that has not been repaired. Worst experience ever at a dealership.

There’s definitely room for improvement. I dropped off my truck on a Thursday morning for a sensor repair and was told that it would be ready in a couple days. On Monday morning after several attempts I finally got someone on the phone and was told it’ll be a couple more days before parts arrived. I was provided a rental. Thursday comes around and I was told that my truck was ready. Once I picked up my truck I noticed a constant squeak coming from the front passenger wheel. Took my truck back to find out that the hardware for my brake pads was installed incorrectly but it was repaired.

First of all I think Andy Mohr Buick is one of the best dealerships ever! I tried making an appointment for oil change however they didn't have any openings. I went just so they could check my oil and the service lady, Kat, told me to pull in and she would check it! Not only did she check it she showed me how to do it upon my request! After that she told me I could get in at that point to get my oil changed, which I was very grateful and surprised! Then Kat walks me over to Andy who helped me immensely and because of my coverage, Andy made sure I was up to date with all that needed to be done!! I'm overly impressed and thankful for the Andy Mohr family which includes my salesman, Yogi, Jeremy and the other African American gentleman who works in the service department! I apologize for not remembering his name but he even came back to check on my while I was waiting for the services to be completed! Thank you all!

1. I booked 30k mile manufacturer recommended service using online system and when I arrived Andy Mohr (after driving 24 miles), I was told that they cannot provide service as there is No technician available though i can see them around. Hence I have to re-book the slot for next day which not only wasted my time but it also added 50 miles to my trip (2 trip to and from). 2. When eventually I get my car services, I observed that the Oil life meter is showing oil health as 65%, which gave me lot of concerns that whether the technician changed the oil or not. I approached another representative and he just reset the oil life clock saying that oil has been changed without actually checking the oil levels, for which I had to persuade him to open the hood and manually check the oil levels which he did reluctantly. That's how you do the work.? just resetting the clock.? Pathetic. 3. Similar to the above, the cabin air filter was also showing reduced life as it was before and the person again just reset the clock. As there was no way for me to manually check the new filter and that the mechanic was in hurry, I accepted the reset. Still I am NOT SURE if the cabin air filter has been changed or not and if he has just simply re-set the clock for cabin air filter. These things clearly showing their careless attitude towards car maintenance and this may eventually cost to the customer but do they care.? This careless attitude was even evident when I went there to view a car advertised at their website. A 2022 BMW already advertised should be in impeccable condition but the car was in poor condition with dust and sticky spots all over. Even it wasn't vacuumed and put on sales. Thank you

Fantastic salesperson! Luigi greated us at the door, and listened intently to our description of the vehicle we were looking for. He didn’t try to push us to look for another model. He took us to the Terrains that had just arrived on the lot that morning and patiently described the difference between each one. Once we picked the one we wanted, he helped complete the necessary paperwork, explained the new car prep by the dealweship, etc. after we picked up the car, he explained in detail all of the tech. I took my 23 Yukon in for routine service, and a problem with the radio restarting every 5 minutes since the latest update. Took it in Monday morning and didn't hear a word about it until I called on Tuesday morning. Was told they had to get a software update from GMC, and it would be ready later that day. Picked up the vehicle at approximately 1:30, and discovered the problem with the radio issue had not been fixed. Called my service rep at around 2. Left a message with the service rep about the problem, and as of 12:45 Wednesday, still haven't gotten any response.

You said I could get an oil change for $25.00, when I arrived the service writer immediately told me my car was out of alignment. I agreed to have the alignment fixed and later he tried to tell my wife that my car with 26,000 miles needed another $750 worth of work. So the $25 oil change could have cost me $1,000. Cars with 26,000 miles do not need the filters that the service writer was trying to sell, not sure I will be back because of the upsell mentality.

Brought in my Sierra for a recall. Tech calls me to tell me all the things that need repaired, doesn’t mention the recall and if I need a new engine or not. Was surprised he wouldn’t wait and call with all the details first rather than trying to get my to agree to additional repairs. I asked the tech to please replace the key fob battery twice and made clear I’m happy to pay for it. That work was not done. Every time I have work done here, it leads to return visits because work isn’t completed 100%. Some simple customer service training would go a long way. If there was another GMC dealer close to home, I’d not return to Andy Mohr.

My concerns are with completion of the oil change and fluid top offs. I have a diesel GMC Sierra and I believe that the DEF and air filters should have been replaced or topped off. The DEF was not topped off, which makes me skeptical of the air filters. The internal resets were not done either. This is a $330 service and I have it done about every 4 to 5 months based on mileage.

Paid for oil change, 12 point inspection and thre rotation. Tired were not rotated and I know I know this because my front driver side tire was loosing air prior to my appointment. 24 hours later that same tire started loosing air again on the driver front side which means my tires were not rotated. I even discussed this tire with my advisor who told me they didn't see any visual issues with the tire. If they didn't rotate my tires how do I know they really changed my oil/filter

The Service Crew is always wonderful. I think you’re missing an opportunity with your sales crew. I recently rec’d a letter saying you would buy back my car. I walked through the showroom and sales lot - with the letter in hand - and no one even said hello. Four salesman were just sitting outside looking at their phones and never even looked up. everything was great till I picked up the vehicle when they brought the vehicle around , DEF was spilled over the tank input and down the vehicle.. This is a corrosive product and had crystalized on the vehicle .. Should not have happened and left sitting on the vehicle.. This will damage paint and dealership knows this.. Service tech was polite and took the vehicle to the back and washed it off,, Was appreciated but should not have had to do.. Paint goes bad and the dealership will want to say i did it .. not right

Frustrating!!! The tech did not reset the oil filter and the tire inflation resulted in error messages this morning. When you miss small things likes, given that your have done it almost every service I have had with you, it is at the point that you are disinterested in quality control. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and new tires. We discussed what tires I wanted to purchase so they could be ordered and ready when I came in November 3. My appointment was at 10 AM. I hadn't heard anything so called at 2. I was told they were still trying to get the tires ordered and my oil change should be started soon. I don't know why this didn't happen at 10 AM and don't know why they didn't call to let me know the issue. I understand mistakes happen. But when this happens its important to communicate quickly so we can decide a new plan. I wasn't given the information about other service work that was recommended so nothing else was done. Every one was pleasant but I think technicians need to be reminded to communicate with their customers when there are issues.

Everything was great except. I asked to get my air filter changed. They charged me for it no problem with that. I went to check the air filter on the dashboard and the tech didn't reset it. So I had to go back in to verify if they changed it. Other than that service was great!!!

Was scheduled at 8 am appointment and was going to wait but was able to get my wife then instead of waiting. It was scheduled for an oil change and to check for an acceleration studder. I made the appointment online advising both requests. As the appointment online form requested any additional comment to do so. I requested a phone call from the service dept to discuss the acceleration problem. Never got a call or any communication at all. This was the first issue that I have with --How you did. Second issue when arrive service guy never discussed that they were going to put on the back burner and not dwell into right away. I called at noon to see when it would be ready and had to call back several times till I spoke with the service guy. At that time, he asked if I need the car. Dumb question! Of course, we do. He advised that they now would get the oil change done and would reschedule the warranty work and have a loaner for us. Why didn't he advised then that they can do the oil change but would need the car to be left for the studder issue. We would have the oil changed done and rescheduled. That simple. When picking up the vehicle about 5 pm the service guy that checked us in was gone. So, one of the other guys checked me out. I advised him of my disappointment for the failure call on the initial request online. He advised that any comments of that kind never get out to them. So, on my invoice company copy he wrote for someone to call me to discuss about the warranty work. This is now a week ago and to date have not received a call to have it schedule or discuss. So, my question is this: Do you actually respond to request of verbal communication?

First of all, I purchased this car from this dealership 3 months ago and this is the third time that it’s been in the shop. Second, my warranty that I paid for did not cover the entirety of this oil leak. I was quoted $350 would be the remainder. When I went to pick up my car, it was $450. Next, there was miscommunication from the receptionist telling me that my car would be ready the next day and that a salesperson would call me back. I never heard back from that person so I went to get my car the next morning (after I had already turned in my rental) and it wasn’t ready. They ended up getting my car later to me that day, but when I asked them to fill up my gas tank for the trouble, they would not do it. Last, just today, I called Enterprise (Buick put me in a rental car)to follow up with them on why I had not received my money back that I used to put the car on hold ($50) and they informed me that Buick had not closed the account in a timely manner. Buick had not responded to them after 2 attempts past the date they needed it closed by. I then called Buick and had to tell them to do their job and close out the account so I could get my money back from Enterprise. Everything about this encounter was HORRIFIC. I would like to be reimbursed the extra $100 I paid past my $350 quote and a full tank of gas ($50). Someone please contact me at 267-253-7239.

Service advisor was friendly and informative. Helped me find the best coupon to apply for my oil change. I was a bit frustrated about how long it took to complete my oil change (1hr 40min). I could understand if I didn't have an appointment. It is nice that the dealership performs a full inspection, but for goodness sakes, I came in for an oil change, and I get a service tech trying to sell me on ~$700 extra of services for preventive maintenance. I just wanted an oil change!!!!!!

I had a 10:30 am appt. Asked if I needed a ride home. I told them yes and was told to wait in waiting room and a driver would get me when he returned. After over an hour I went to find service writer to see where my ride was. He had gone to lunch. Another service writer arranged a ride. At 3:30 I called to see what the status of my truck was. I was sent to voice mail. 4:30 called again. 6 hours after my scheduled appointment. Finally was able to talk to service rider. He advise me of what was needed and it would be 4 days until they would have the parts and the truck fixed. It should not take 6 hours after a scheduled appointment to determine a problem.

Came to the dealership without any check engine light they have the car service for warranty left with only the oil change and a check engine light on. The service department let a car leave with a check engine light on that wasn’t on when they received the car. I noticed the check engine light on my drive home. I was told I could return to the dealership to have the check engine light checked but nothing could be done about it that day. I was surprised to see a check engine light on the car with only 16,000 miles on it. When I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and expressed that Andy Moore was 40 minutes away from my home, he just told me to go to another dealership and have my car fixed . Very poor customer service.
