My service advisor was the Matt Wine was the worst advisor I have ever had. He did not communicate with me throughout the process. I talked to him on the first day my truck went in on Monday, my appointment was at 7:45 am. I talked with him about 11am. After that I did not hear from him at all. Tuesday I called him for a status update, I left a voicemail, he did not call me back, so I get no update that day. Wednesday comes around as of the morning, still no call, no update. I call him l, he’s not available left a message with receptionist, she said he would have him call me back two hours later, still no call back. At this point I’m very upset, my truck has been there 3 days at this point. On my lunch I went to the dealership to see if I could figure out what was going on with my truck since there had been no communication about my truck. I was then and only then I spoke with Matt about the status of my truck. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that I asked for a courtesy car while my truck was getting repaired, mind you this has been 3 day now, and Matt said, that I could not get one. So now I paid the diagnostic fee and stuck with a truck that has not been repaired. Worst experience ever at a dealership.

First of all I think Andy Mohr Buick is one of the best dealerships ever! I tried making an appointment for oil change however they didn't have any openings. I went just so they could check my oil and the service lady, Kat, told me to pull in and she would check it! Not only did she check it she showed me how to do it upon my request! After that she told me I could get in at that point to get my oil changed, which I was very grateful and surprised! Then Kat walks me over to Andy who helped me immensely and because of my coverage, Andy made sure I was up to date with all that needed to be done!! I'm overly impressed and thankful for the Andy Mohr family which includes my salesman, Yogi, Jeremy and the other African American gentleman who works in the service department! I apologize for not remembering his name but he even came back to check on my while I was waiting for the services to be completed! Thank you all!

There’s definitely room for improvement. I dropped off my truck on a Thursday morning for a sensor repair and was told that it would be ready in a couple days. On Monday morning after several attempts I finally got someone on the phone and was told it’ll be a couple more days before parts arrived. I was provided a rental. Thursday comes around and I was told that my truck was ready. Once I picked up my truck I noticed a constant squeak coming from the front passenger wheel. Took my truck back to find out that the hardware for my brake pads was installed incorrectly but it was repaired.

1. I booked 30k mile manufacturer recommended service using online system and when I arrived Andy Mohr (after driving 24 miles), I was told that they cannot provide service as there is No technician available though i can see them around. Hence I have to re-book the slot for next day which not only wasted my time but it also added 50 miles to my trip (2 trip to and from). 2. When eventually I get my car services, I observed that the Oil life meter is showing oil health as 65%, which gave me lot of concerns that whether the technician changed the oil or not. I approached another representative and he just reset the oil life clock saying that oil has been changed without actually checking the oil levels, for which I had to persuade him to open the hood and manually check the oil levels which he did reluctantly. That's how you do the work.? just resetting the clock.? Pathetic. 3. Similar to the above, the cabin air filter was also showing reduced life as it was before and the person again just reset the clock. As there was no way for me to manually check the new filter and that the mechanic was in hurry, I accepted the reset. Still I am NOT SURE if the cabin air filter has been changed or not and if he has just simply re-set the clock for cabin air filter. These things clearly showing their careless attitude towards car maintenance and this may eventually cost to the customer but do they care.? This careless attitude was even evident when I went there to view a car advertised at their website. A 2022 BMW already advertised should be in impeccable condition but the car was in poor condition with dust and sticky spots all over. Even it wasn't vacuumed and put on sales. Thank you

I took my 23 Yukon in for routine service, and a problem with the radio restarting every 5 minutes since the latest update. Took it in Monday morning and didn't hear a word about it until I called on Tuesday morning. Was told they had to get a software update from GMC, and it would be ready later that day. Picked up the vehicle at approximately 1:30, and discovered the problem with the radio issue had not been fixed. Called my service rep at around 2. Left a message with the service rep about the problem, and as of 12:45 Wednesday, still haven't gotten any response.

You said I could get an oil change for $25.00, when I arrived the service writer immediately told me my car was out of alignment. I agreed to have the alignment fixed and later he tried to tell my wife that my car with 26,000 miles needed another $750 worth of work. So the $25 oil change could have cost me $1,000. Cars with 26,000 miles do not need the filters that the service writer was trying to sell, not sure I will be back because of the upsell mentality.

My concerns are with completion of the oil change and fluid top offs. I have a diesel GMC Sierra and I believe that the DEF and air filters should have been replaced or topped off. The DEF was not topped off, which makes me skeptical of the air filters. The internal resets were not done either. This is a $330 service and I have it done about every 4 to 5 months based on mileage.

Brought in my Sierra for a recall. Tech calls me to tell me all the things that need repaired, doesn’t mention the recall and if I need a new engine or not. Was surprised he wouldn’t wait and call with all the details first rather than trying to get my to agree to additional repairs. I asked the tech to please replace the key fob battery twice and made clear I’m happy to pay for it. That work was not done. Every time I have work done here, it leads to return visits because work isn’t completed 100%. Some simple customer service training would go a long way. If there was another GMC dealer close to home, I’d not return to Andy Mohr.

Frustrating!!! The tech did not reset the oil filter and the tire inflation resulted in error messages this morning. When you miss small things likes, given that your have done it almost every service I have had with you, it is at the point that you are disinterested in quality control. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and new tires. We discussed what tires I wanted to purchase so they could be ordered and ready when I came in November 3. My appointment was at 10 AM. I hadn't heard anything so called at 2. I was told they were still trying to get the tires ordered and my oil change should be started soon. I don't know why this didn't happen at 10 AM and don't know why they didn't call to let me know the issue. I understand mistakes happen. But when this happens its important to communicate quickly so we can decide a new plan. I wasn't given the information about other service work that was recommended so nothing else was done. Every one was pleasant but I think technicians need to be reminded to communicate with their customers when there are issues.

Was scheduled at 8 am appointment and was going to wait but was able to get my wife then instead of waiting. It was scheduled for an oil change and to check for an acceleration studder. I made the appointment online advising both requests. As the appointment online form requested any additional comment to do so. I requested a phone call from the service dept to discuss the acceleration problem. Never got a call or any communication at all. This was the first issue that I have with --How you did. Second issue when arrive service guy never discussed that they were going to put on the back burner and not dwell into right away. I called at noon to see when it would be ready and had to call back several times till I spoke with the service guy. At that time, he asked if I need the car. Dumb question! Of course, we do. He advised that they now would get the oil change done and would reschedule the warranty work and have a loaner for us. Why didn't he advised then that they can do the oil change but would need the car to be left for the studder issue. We would have the oil changed done and rescheduled. That simple. When picking up the vehicle about 5 pm the service guy that checked us in was gone. So, one of the other guys checked me out. I advised him of my disappointment for the failure call on the initial request online. He advised that any comments of that kind never get out to them. So, on my invoice company copy he wrote for someone to call me to discuss about the warranty work. This is now a week ago and to date have not received a call to have it schedule or discuss. So, my question is this: Do you actually respond to request of verbal communication?

First of all, I purchased this car from this dealership 3 months ago and this is the third time that it’s been in the shop. Second, my warranty that I paid for did not cover the entirety of this oil leak. I was quoted $350 would be the remainder. When I went to pick up my car, it was $450. Next, there was miscommunication from the receptionist telling me that my car would be ready the next day and that a salesperson would call me back. I never heard back from that person so I went to get my car the next morning (after I had already turned in my rental) and it wasn’t ready. They ended up getting my car later to me that day, but when I asked them to fill up my gas tank for the trouble, they would not do it. Last, just today, I called Enterprise (Buick put me in a rental car)to follow up with them on why I had not received my money back that I used to put the car on hold ($50) and they informed me that Buick had not closed the account in a timely manner. Buick had not responded to them after 2 attempts past the date they needed it closed by. I then called Buick and had to tell them to do their job and close out the account so I could get my money back from Enterprise. Everything about this encounter was HORRIFIC. I would like to be reimbursed the extra $100 I paid past my $350 quote and a full tank of gas ($50). Someone please contact me at 267-253-7239.

I took off work early to get said tires. However and thankfully, Discount tires had what I needed and was able to mount and balance them without any issues. This was an unacceptable experience. Work that was suggested seems to have worked. However, my service advisor told me that my Enclave would have to be kept until Friday. I received the call regarding the need to keep my Enclave late Thursday afternoon. I was fine with the vehicle being kept. My only complaint is that after waiting pretty much all day Friday to receive a call telling me my car was ready I finally called and after several attempts I was able to get a different service advisor to answer my call. I was informed that Bob Flynn was not there .My car was ready but the customer service I expected did not happen. I would have thought that if Bob knew he was going to be gone that he could have told me. That is called customer service.

Service advisor was friendly and informative. Helped me find the best coupon to apply for my oil change. I was a bit frustrated about how long it took to complete my oil change (1hr 40min). I could understand if I didn't have an appointment. It is nice that the dealership performs a full inspection, but for goodness sakes, I came in for an oil change, and I get a service tech trying to sell me on ~$700 extra of services for preventive maintenance. I just wanted an oil change!!!!!!

I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change and to address squeaky brakes, and I dropped my Tahoe off on Friday at 7:45 a.m. When I arrived, I also mentioned to the service advisor, Bob, that I had been experiencing issues with my key fob. I was told they could look at it, but that I would not receive my vehicle back until Monday. I agreed to this timeline. However, from the moment I dropped my vehicle off on Friday until Monday afternoon, I received no communication whatsoever—no updates, no calls, nothing. I finally had to call myself to check on the status, only to learn that my vehicle had not even been looked at and the oil change had not been completed. At that point, I informed Bob that I absolutely needed my vehicle back by Tuesday and asked that everything be completed by then. Again, there was no apology or explanation for the delay. On Tuesday, I once again had to call to check the status. Shockingly, I was told that my Tahoe still had not been looked at and that the oil change was not done until that afternoon. This leaves me wondering what was being done with my vehicle from Friday at 7:45 a.m. until Tuesday afternoon. Throughout this entire process: There was no proactive communication No apology for the delays No offer of a loaner vehicle or accommodation I repeatedly had to spend 10–20 minutes on hold, multiple times, just to get basic information When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was told they could not replicate the key fob issue. Yet the moment I got into my car, the “Key Not Detected” message immediately appeared on the dashboard. I went back inside to inform Bob, and while the technician attempted to observe the issue, it unfortunately did not occur again at that exact moment. However, shortly after I drove away, the issue resumed.

Very easy buying experience and salespeople were professional. I will say I was disappointed in the price negotiation and the initial contact. My actual salesperson emailed almost immediately but then I received 4 different calls from the internet team. They told me I would qualify for the GM pricing and that wasn’t true. I was discounted but it was around 3k more than the quote I got from the internet team. It was explained to be a mid-communication. Additionally, I was quoted $30,500 for my trade in at Ford but the used car manager only moved $500 from his original $28k offer. We drove from Cincinnati and my wife wanted the car so I was over trying to haggle. My last attempt to get some type of incentive came down to see if they could include some all season mats. At this point the sales manager walked in and said they could discount $200 and then I could use the GMC points which had a value of around $175. I obviously made the purchase because we drove over two hours and had been there several hours. I would recommend this dealership for the easy buying experience and professional staff but would not recommend for initial research and price negotiations. Thank you

I had a 10:30 am appt. Asked if I needed a ride home. I told them yes and was told to wait in waiting room and a driver would get me when he returned. After over an hour I went to find service writer to see where my ride was. He had gone to lunch. Another service writer arranged a ride. At 3:30 I called to see what the status of my truck was. I was sent to voice mail. 4:30 called again. 6 hours after my scheduled appointment. Finally was able to talk to service rider. He advise me of what was needed and it would be 4 days until they would have the parts and the truck fixed. It should not take 6 hours after a scheduled appointment to determine a problem.

Came to the dealership without any check engine light they have the car service for warranty left with only the oil change and a check engine light on. The service department let a car leave with a check engine light on that wasn’t on when they received the car. I noticed the check engine light on my drive home. I was told I could return to the dealership to have the check engine light checked but nothing could be done about it that day. I was surprised to see a check engine light on the car with only 16,000 miles on it. When I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and expressed that Andy Moore was 40 minutes away from my home, he just told me to go to another dealership and have my car fixed . Very poor customer service.

I made an 8 AM online appointment. I arrived on time. Explained the problem/concern. Was told it might take 2 - 3 hours. Took the shuttle home to wait for a call. 3 hours passed without a call. I was busy working, so I didn't think much about it. It was now approaching 4 PM and still no call. So, I called to get an update. Was told my vehicle had not been worked on and the assigned technician was gone for the day. Again, there was no call to notify me and check if it would be okay to keep my vehicle overnight. I needed the vehicle, so I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership. Luckily, I caught the driver as he was making his last run of the day. There was no reasonable explanation for (1) why the vehicle was not serviced when there was an appointment and (2) why there was no call to inform me.

I usually feel that I receive excellent service at my dealership, however this time I was very disappointed. When I arrived I was told that it could take a couple of hours, which I expected since I was having all of the recommended 30,000 miles servicesss completed. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, the service person came to talk with me about 4 additional services that needed to be performed. At this point, it was already going to take much longer than planned, thus I declined the additional services. If my vehicle had been looked at in a timely manner, I probably would have added the additional services. I think what bothers me the most about this visit is that the additional services were listed as critical. I had a second opinion and none of these services were critical. Recommended, yes, but not critical. Critical to me means that I shouldn’t drive my vehicle until said services, issues are taken care of. FYI - I will get all of the recommended services done, however not sure where.

Matt has been so helpful and patient with my Envision issue. I bought my vehicle 12/24. Broke my hip 2 weeks later. Once I could drive again, issues started. Took into dealership I think 2/25, 45codes!!!!!!! Hard brake pedal, traction control light on, no cruise control. It was FINALLY diagnosed 11/25 after several visits. Unfortunately, GM as of today, still can’t provide part to fix. Have case #, however, I still have a vehicle that I never know when issues will arise. Dealership don’t want to be stuck with it waiting on part, so I am. The part still not available, I am relocating out of state, and I am being told since the part was ordered from a dealership in Indiana, IF they actually finally ever get it, they may not ship it to me in Tennessee. Again, as far as Matt he’s helped as much as he can, as far as GM in this issue, they need to buy the car back from me and they can sit on it till it’s fixed rather than me driving in six hours to Tennessee and have a hard break pedal, no cruise control and have to keep a distance from the car in front of me in case I have to make a quick stop and not cruise control control for almost six hours. Evidently, as many cars are on their lot for who knows how long, Totally disappointed!!!! And, yes, PLEASE publish my response!!! I’ll NEVER but a GM vehicle again!!! I was a service advisor for 19 years. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable!!! And no, I did not get an extended warranty, but I was also told even if I would’ve paid for that extended warranty, since the part is not available, I would still be stuck in the same position, what the heck???If this case, I’m glad I didn’t pay the extra, what good would it have done??? Same lemon!!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!

However, finding out I need to agree to pay $200 per hour to diagnose an outside mirror issue that may or may not be covered by my extended warranty that I bought at the dealer is very frustrating. We should be able to check what is covered before a diagnosis fee. Seems like a scam!! Also, the oil change guys could not diagnose a small issue is frustrating. Making ANOTHER appt is a waste of time!! I had to show the mirror would not function and it was not functioning on that day. It does randomly function, but a mechanic needs to see it. Well, I had it there while not functioning and could not get a diagnosis!!! See my point? Where is customer service!! Seems like another way to inconvenience and charge the customer!! Awful!!

Sent me a text telling me addictional items.I need to have done. I selected the air filter to be replaced. Went to pay, and there was no charges.I told him I had selected the air filter. Then when I got home , I received a n Email that I owed fifty dollars.. I purchased the prepayment oil changes when I purchased my car. I called the next day and was tolded that should have been Billed to GM. I also had warranty work done, and that didn't turn out like I was told. Just seems like everything's a big problem.
